Whether you’re projecting at the crag, training in the gym, or simply looking to balance out tightness from an active lifestyle, this class will help you move with more ease and longevity. You don’t need to be a climber to join—everyone is welcome to explore this practice and benefit from a sequence that builds resilience, restores balance, and supports whole-body wellness.
