Service Description

Slow down and settle in with this deeply meditative and restorative practice. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia—through longer-held, passive poses. With gentle support and stillness, you’ll be invited to soften, breathe fully, and explore the subtle sensations within. This class encourages mindfulness, flexibility, and release, making it a perfect complement to more dynamic practices or an excellent stand-alone session for deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
